transcribing entry condition reports

Principals of a real estate agencies are always looking for more efficient and cost effective ways of doing business.

One of the tedious tasks that takes up a lot of a property manager’s time is conducting entry condition reports. Many property managers are still writing up their reports by hand at the premises, while some agencies have now introduced ipads.

We have found a much more productive solution:

The property manager conducts the entry reports by recording the entry report verbally into their phones. (Photos are also taken.) Once completed, the property manager emails the voice recording to their virtual assistant who can then transcribe all the data into a formatted report and return to the property manager via email.

This enables the property manager to be able to conduct their inspections in MUCH less time and with a LOT more detail.

It goes without saying that the more accurate and detailed the entry condition report is, the less issues arise when the tenant vacates the property.

Please see below the detail recorded on an entry condition report transcribed by one of our virtual assistants. You can also download it using the button below.
